Test Lead

Job Responsibilities

a) Anticipate customer needs and proactively develop testing solutions to meet them
b) Analyze and interpret complex business requirements/ workflows and determine Test scenarios/Test cases/Test data for large/ complex system maintenance and development requests
c) Provide explanations and information to others defects found
d) Demonstrate subject matter expertise in his/her chosen functional/ application area
e) Analyze alternatives and recommendations
f) Generate innovative ideas to test applications functionality
g) Lead a team in agile environment

Desired Skills

a) Experience in preparing mobile test strategies/plans and estimations in agile environment
b) Knowledge of mobile testing is a mandate
c) Experience in mobile device and application testing for platforms - iPhone/Android/BlackBerry/Windows Mobile
d) Experience of test automation for mobile applications
e)Experience: around 7 Years
f) Knowledge of Open-Source technologies – Selenium, Ruby
g) Should have worked as a test lead in a agile project that was following scrum methodology
h) Involvement in preparing backlogs, reporting in daily scrum meetings, providing burn down charts and preparing status reports and presenting them to stakeholders
i) Experience in reporting defects on a daily basis and attending stand up meetings
excellent communication and written skills to interact with dev and other stakeholders
j) Excellent analytical skills and problem solving skills.
